I am trying to get a copy of all of the older VHS/DVD promos Disney has sent out through the years. The oldest one we have is from 1997. It was the 25th anniversary (hubby's first trip) so I have that one to trade. I am going to put it on DVD so the trade will be a DVD disc.

What I need is anything pre 25th anniversary (not sure when they started making the promos, this might have been the first one!?)

I'd like to update our collection so we have them all (or at least a copy of them). We'd love to have one from 1998 too - (our Disneymoon year). I'll come back later tonight and post the years we're missing and what we have to trade.

I'm also looking for old park maps. If anyone has extra copies of these please PM me and lmk. I started going in 1982 but didn't start saving stuff 'til recently. Bad, I know, but I'm trying to repair it now. Please help! XOXO :)

I am moving this to the collectors board.

I have some old VHS ones too. I'm not really collecting them-I just can't seem to throw them away.;) I also have some of the old rate and package catalogs.

What year are the videos from? I LOVE looking at the old inserts and brochures!

I have them from every year starting with 1992. We still watch them occasionally so we can see what's no longer.

I also have videos of A Dream Called Walt Disney World which was released theatrically in 1981 and Epcot Center: a Souvenir Program from 1984.

My oldest one is the cake castle on the cover VHS. Do you have them transfered to DVD by chance? I would love to get a copy if you do. I can send you the DVD disc and pay for all the shipping if you could copy them. It's so much fun watching the old ones! Those other movies you mentioned sound really cool too. We're obsessed with Disney, especially when it comes to the history of it.

I went to Epcot in December of 1982 and was bored out of my mind! (I was only 10) What I wouldn't do to go back and see it again THEN! :hyper:

I have some old ones. I will check to see what I have. Oh, and park guides, let me know what you are looking for and I will see what I might have. I have stacks and stacks.

I didn't start keeping my maps 'til 2006! Pitiful I know. I have a few from our honeymoon which was in 1998 but nothing older. I first went in 1982 (would LOVE to have those!!!) and also went in the mid 80's a lot...1986 'til now on a yearly basis. So I'm missing all of them prior to'06! :(

I have the newer DVD's and the Where Magic Lives, 100 Years of Magic, and the Birthday Cake (on the cover) VHS tapes. Our family LOVES watching those old videos. Lately we've been watching all of the ones we do have every night. I know, we're sappy. :lmao:

I just looked at my tapes-not too old 2003/2004. I have WDW gardening tape I bought from 1996. I do have catalogs and maps that go back to the early 90's and DCL catalogs from the beginning.
