I had them out on friday to give me an estimate. I have no idea if it is good or not. My kitchen is 21x10, hallway 15x4, entry 6x4, and bathroom 6x7.
They quoted me $302 plus tax to clean and seal the floors. I have lived in this house a year and a half and I can't get the tile and grout clean. Also does it do a good job? I would hate to spend the money and not have the floors look good.

My parents had them do their upholstery and were very pleased.

They don't have tile, so I can't comment on that.

Subscribing because this is something I have been thinking about doing. Thanks for asking.

Sorry, I don't have any advice, but thanks for the name. I had seen a company at the Home Show in town a year or two ago, but couldn't remember their name. Our tile grout needs a cleaning so bad. I was guessing it would cost close to $500 to have it done, most of my sizes are close to what you mentioned except my entry is 6x15 and I would also like my laundry room done, so I don't think the $300 sounds too bad. Now, I'm in a holding pattern until the basement is finished, so when it gets done I will have the tile cleaned and sealed.

They are coming out to do my floors on the 21. I will post before and after pics to anyone that is interested. They are running a 10% off deal right now.

Keep us posted, I would like to see/hear if it helps. My tile and grout needs to be cleaned so bad, but we're getting the drywall done in the basement and I want to wait until the walls are done and painted.

Good Luck :Pinkbounc :Pinkbounc

The tile and grout look great. Well worth the money. They showed me a sample of colored sealer in my closet and it is amazing. I am going to do that nextime and I highily recommend that to anyone having their floors done. It costs almost double compared to the clear sealer. But I just gave Disney a deposit so it is clear for me this time around.

Did they say how long the colored sealer will last?

Glad it looks great, can't wait to get my floors done. The more I look at them the dirtier they look :teeth:

Thanks for the update!

2-3 years depending on foot traffic. They also said they would give you a small bottle for touch ups.
