Anyone have SOG construction info?

I noticed the official website for SOG has a webcam on the construction site. It truly looks like they dozed the entire area. I thought they were going to keep the original building and build around it. Does anyone know if they are keeping the original building? Will the new resort be in sections like All Stars? The original building was one structure...meaning you could get from the lobby to your room without going outside. IS this the way the new construction is going to be? Would be nice if they would give us a picture of the new layout similar to the brochure they used to give us at check-in so that we can get an idea of how things will be. The drawing they had was nice, but did not show layout. Can't wait for it to be finished.

If you stop by the reception room (next to the SoG shop at the CR), they could tell you that the plan is to have the job done by mid-December.
However, all they have to show you as far as actual design goes is the 'artists concept' of the new SoG.
They will be roughly doubling the size of the resort though, and will be adding a 'Tuscan' restaurant to go with the Garden Gallery and Evergreens.
