anyone have iChat?

Just got a new imac, thought i'd see if anyone has ichat. I havent really been a chatter before, but it seems kind of cool.

Yup, been using it since all the new Macs came out! It's great, works with any sort of screen name you want - AIM, Gmail (through Jabber as well - a different feature worth reading up on), your Mac email address (assuming you have made one), etc. The bubbles are fun, and I've always liked being able to re-format incoming messages - good for the days when my fellow teenagers thought that a size 16 font in hot pink was *cool* !

I have it and like it but very rarely use it anymore, I used it mostly to chat with my ex.

I've had my Macbook Pro for almost 2 years now and haven't set up iChat at all. Sheesh....What kind of I.T. geek am I?
