Anyone have a tutorial for linking UTC tix to MDE?

I ran a search for this, but there hasn't been anything posted in quite a while.

I am sitting here looking at 12 park tickets that we ordered from UTC - 8 park tickets of varying degrees and 4 waterpark tickets. I went into my MDE account in order to link them to our party of travelers - all staying onsite and all listed as my guests/friends/family.

When I go to the "link tickets" section, it just starts asking me to load ticket numbers. I entered one of our tickets, hit enter, and then another highlighted box appeared asking me "add a valid ticket number." Does that mean it thinks the one I just entered was invalid? Or it just wanted me to keep listing them?

And at what point do I have the ability to link these tickets to each of the different travelers?

The whole thing makes me very uneasy. Has anyone else had problems recently linking UTC tickets? Did I just not go far enough to see the options?

Any thoughts or suggestions are welcomed here! Help, my fellow DISers!

Hopefully others can be more specific, but I just did this in December and I remember entering all the ticket numbers first, then it gave me the option to link each guest with the tickets after. It recognized if it was an adult or child and gave me the drop down box to choose which guest each ticket belonged to. (again, after all numbers were entered)

Sorry I can't remember the wording it used to have me enter each ticket number, so I can't say for sure if yours is being recognized as valid or if it's saying it's invalid....

Thanks!

I got brave enough to go in and go through the process a little further. Crisis averted. The highlighted "Add Valid Ticket Number," was not because ours was invalid - it was just the language they used. It just got me skittish!

I think I was successful in linking all the appropriate tickets to everyone. I guess I'll find out in 10 day when my 60 day window opens! Lol!

It's going to be interesting . . .
