Anyone had luck lately with an add-on at WLV

I am on the wait list for WLV for an add on in DEC use year and was wondering if anyone had any luck lately? I had heard that since BCV was near sold out and nothing was going to be built soon Disney was aggressively buying points back. Anone on the wait list been contacted lately???
