Split stay luggage question

Staying at Beach Club Villas and transferring to Grand Floridian Villas. I would like to have bell services handle the transfer of luggage. The only glitch is we have dinner at Narcooses at 7:25 that night. What are the chances of having the luggage available to us before that time as we will need to freshen up and change. I know the rooms are usually ready at 4 ish, but i've read sometimes the luggage transfer can take a while. I will transport the luggage myself and take an uber if the odds are better, just easier the other way.

My luggage has always been to the new resort by 5:30 pm. YMMV.

I keep an airtag in my toiletry bag so I can periodically check where its at.

I would most definitely take an Uber or Lift to the GF to ensure your luggage will be available when you get the room ready text. Have a great trip and enjoy Narcoossee’s!

We are just back, had a split stay with Riviera, Poly Towers and VGF. Baggage transfer went well and was available when the rooms were ready, approx 4pm. We gave our bags early to bell services , around 7.30am. Like others have said the only way to 100% guarantee your bags will be available is to drop your bags off at VGF.

They always claim by 5:30. I believe this time as this is not a 24/7 service. Bell services is not 24/7 either.
Drop your bags off early and you should be fine. We have always had ours before the room was ready in the late afternoon. You need to stop by and pick up or call to have them delivered to your room. I would suggest stopping by Bell services before you go to your room and bring them to the room yourself otherwise you may need to wait a few hours before they are brought to the room.

Feels like rolling the dice to have bell services do it. I'd bring them over myself, hand them in and check in in person and then head to the parks just to be sure.

I transfer often… just did BCV to AKV yesterday. I always call about 5 PM when I get to the new room. Bags have always been available. Since you’re moving to GF and your dinner is at Narcoossee’s I think you will be fine having Disney transfer the luggage.

I believe my bags were delayed getting to Poly from RIV last stay but they were still there around 6 or 6:30.
