Anyone gotten the AP coin at DS lately?

I remember a thread about a month ago that someone was able to purchase the special coin under the Sorcerer's hat still. We will be in the World Fri, and I was hoping to be able to pick one up. Anyone check lately?

I checked when we were there a couple of weeks ago and they didn't have any left. You can always ask though.

We got ours back the week of June 19 - 27. You have to ask since they keep them under the counter. Hope you can get one!

they did still have the coins in june..but, at the animal kingdom pin event..one of the artists said they would be taking them away soon.

So, all you can do is ask at this point. Good luck, hope they are still available for you. Make sure and have your ap with..they have to see it and stamp it.

When we were there a couple of weeks ago, we went to the hat and asked. We were intially told NO. I asked the cm to check. When she did, there were A LOT left. Sometimes you have to be persistant.

Thanks for the responses everyone! Sounds like I should at least ask them to double check if they say no.
