Is anyone going to LTT any time soon??? Would you do me a favor and ask for the recipe for Griddled Pound cake? It was sooo good. It was a fabulous poundcake that they grilled and poured this addictive sauce over. OMG I can't find the recipe anywhere. Mucho Gracias.

When I couldn't find one, they gave me a WDW e-mail address to request a recipe. One of the WDW chefs sent me the ones I was looking for, so you may want to try that route for a quicker answer!

I just checked out the menu - it sounds DELICIOUS!! I'm wondering what time they stop serving lunch and start dinner there. I think I like the looks of lunch over dinner at this point. We will be there in 55 days so I'll ask for the recipe for the both of us!

Just went there last week. It was not on the menu. My mom had it last year and was going to order it again but they didnt have it. We had the strawberry short cake and it was pound cake with ice cream berries. Not like last year they had a huge biscuit instead. It was much better.

Looking at the name and description 'Butter Grilled Pound cake - with warm pecan caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream' It looks like it would take less that 15 minutes to whip it up at home.
You can brush sliced poundcake with softened or melted butter and grill it on a grillpan. Meanwhile heat up store bought caramel (or you can make your own) with chopped pecans. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
