Anyone get e-mail about parade taping?

A couple of weeks ago there was a link on the Annual Passholder website to sign up to be an extra in the parade taping. You were to send them an email, then wait to here back. Those of us who heard back that we were needed are now waiting for the vouchers to take to the MK gates so we can be let in early. The 4 sessions are all full now, or at least they were. But if you go look under the link for the Holidays on the Dis home page, it says something about showing up at 7:45 Saturday morning if you want to try for this. No guarantee that you will be used though.

I just received an email with a voucher attached. I had emailed them and told them we could not attend.

Darn ! Wish there was a way to pass it on to me ! Just decided on a last minute trip with DD and her BF to watch the parade taping - I'm the only AP holder = neither of them have ever been at Xmas - we'll just go early and see when they let us in and if we can get near Main St ! Just can't wait to see the decorations and DD and I are hoping to catch a glimpse of Wynnona - when DD was growing up we always went to her concerts together!
PS: Peggy, are you just teasing us with that cute gift box !?

Hi all. New to the board. Just received our voucher email for Friday, 1 p.m. arrival time. For those signed up for either Friday or Saturday's early morning tapings - what is your assigned arrival time?

I'm a FRIDAY first shift person and our arrival time is 8 AM. My email came at almost 9 pm on Tuesday night. Hope to see some other DIS people there.

I'll off to get ready to leave for teh airport, our flight leaves at 6 am.

Got my email last night 10:46PM. We are second morning shift Friday and have the arrival time of 1:00PM. This is great, because now we can spend the morning somewhere else. I didn't make any ADRs for that day because I didn't know what the times were.....woohoo!

I was just curious because I haven't received mine yet (although we're in the Saturday 2 session, so maybe they haven't gone out yet.) Is there any important information on the e-mail that we might need to know? Thanks!

I just got mine for the Friday 1pm arrival taping.

Does anybody know if since our arrival time is 1pm, can we go early and enjoy the park in the morning? I know my sis, the kids and I can since we have AP's, but a couple people who are going don't and are using the voucher as entry. The park closes at 6pm on Fri and if we start taping at 1 I don't think our session will wrap till the park closes.....

Mine came last night around 9 for the Friday early session. It says an 8am arrival.

We leave tomorrow and I'm so excited!

Hi! Just curious - Does anyone know what time the taping session starts on Saturday morning? Is it 7:00 a.m. or 8 a.m.?

I still haven't gotten mine, wonder if earthlink is eating them. I emailed them about it, hoprfully I will get a voucher tomorrow. If not DS and I will just go to another park!

Hi all! I'm still trying to find out what time the early morning taping session starts on Saturday. Anyone have that info? Also, are any AP holders just showing up Saturday to be in on the taping?
