@StarWarsJez - BA are not great at looking after their passengers. All but one of my flights with them have been in broken seats. Cabin Crew don't care when told. For a saving of over £700 per person we're prepared to give Norwegian a go. They're getting great reviews and winning customer awards. I wouldn't give BA a wooden spoon, let alone an award!
As we're flying from UK, we're covered by EU regulations which means airline has to look after you in event of extended delays, for example. By flying from EU, we're covered by that, regardless of the airline.
