Anyone familiar with Mouseketrips??

Has anyone used Mouseketrips to book a trip or know anyone who has?

I used them twice. The first time,Nov 04,for a 2 night stay at Pop, I asked them to pay for my second night's room with a certain credit card,only to find out when I checked in that they failed to do this(I know,I should have checked,but I thought I could trust them). The second time was for a one-night stay in May '05 at AKL. About 1 and a half months before I decided to upgrade to BC with the AP rate. Got the AP rate but they failed to get me my confirmation until 2 days before the date I was to check in. Needless to say,I DON'T use them anymore and do not recommend them to anyone.
