Anyone familiar with colorcases. com or atxcases. com?

Originally they were colorcases but have recently changed their name to atxcases. We ordered some computer stuff from them 3 weeks ago. It was been charged to my credit card but only one item we ordered has arrived. It was all supposed to be here within 7 days. I am getting nervous. They don't answer the phone or respond to "live support" on their website even when it says they are online. They have some terrible reviews on the internet. I should have taken the time to look at them before we ordered. I thought my husband knew they were reputable. Just wondering if anyone else has ever bought something from them.

I don't know about this company. I ordered some things once and never received them. $500 worth, it was a company in Florida but I can't remember the name (it was 10 years ago).

Fortunately I paid using Amex and let them do the fighting for me. I finally got the merchandise.
