I really like to dance and know some people at work love this system. Anyone else ever use Zumba, and if so, did you like it? Did it work? Thanks!

I go to Zumba classes at my local gym. Love, love, love them! It is a fun way to exercise and the hour flies by. Try it, you'll like it. :goodvibes

I ordered it and should have it within the week. Can't wait to try it. Came with the shake weight things, so hopefully my arms will tone up.

I did Zumba classes at my gym, too, and I always found them entertaining and that I had sweat a lot afterwards. The one thing was I never felt very sore the next day, so I'm not exactly sure how much they worked me out, but you moved around a hell of a lot, haha.

I take a Zumba class and absolutely love it!!!! I do not usually sweat much, but with Zumba I am definitely sweating. I too, do not feel sore the next day, which was a surprise to me. And you really do move alot!

I can't wait to get it. Anyone used the new weights that come with the program?

I just saw the infomercial and Zumba looks amazing!! I also know people who do it, and they have almost no fat on their bodies. It looks intense though, I don't know how long I could keep it up for. But I love to dance! Maybe a margarita at the beginning would help ;-)

I love Zumba! I used to go to a class at my local gym but I stopped recently because I decided to go hard core with Turbo Kick.

I have used the weights. They aren't very heavy maybe like two pounds but they do enhance the workout. They are a lot of fun!

I love the Zumba workouts. However, after about 2 weeks no matter how you rotate the work out DVD's you will hit that "I know... I Know... Beto (Bey-Toe)" moment So my suggestion would be to partner the Zumba workout DVD's w/ say some Just Dance if you have the Wii or another high energy but feel like you're dancing workout & you will be fine.

I do Zumba classes at my local YMCA and regularly burn between 500-650 calories for the 45 minute session. If you really push yourself during the workout, it can be really effective!

WOW, I didn't realize you could burn that many calories. I just tried Zumba this past Monday and the jury is still out. I am going to stick with it until the end of the year and then decide in Janaury if it's for me or not.:confused3
