Anyone ever use Flexperks with US Bank for flights?

Hi everyone! We're headed to our cruise on October 8-15th on the Magic and were given Flexperks to get our flights with. We currently booked 4 flights on Delta through Travelocity with our Flexperks and they didn't offer insurance. Just wondered has anyone on here used Flexperks before? Or Travelocity for flights? Travelocity sent us a paper saying it was our e-ticket, not actual tickets.
I have to admit, I'm a little nervous since we've never used 'flexperks' or Travelocity for flights. And since they wouldn't let us buy insurance, I have thoughts of us showing up at the airport, and not being able to board for some reason! There's always an adventure to be found with us!
Anyone?

We used them for two of our four flights to Disney last December. I don't remember there being an option for insurance, but I think that goes hand in hand with them being reward flights.

We didn't encounter any problems, flew Airtran. After we got home I called and got our credit ($25, I think) for luggage reimbursement.

I will not hesitate to use them again, acually I hope to have enough points by the time we need to book our flights for our next trip.

I don't think many places issue actually paper tickets anymore. You should have a confirmation number and that is all you should need to check in for your flights. With Airtran I went on-line at the 24 hour mark and used the confirmation number and checked in, went as smoothly as the two tickets we paid for.

Thanks so Much!! We've actually got the 4 through them and then 3 through Delta Skymiles. And we booked all 7 together coming and going. Every time I look at that little piece of paper (compared to the individual tickets Delta SM sends), I've wondered if everything will go as planned! I'd hate for 3 of us to get on the plane, and then the other 4 of us with flexperks to have a problem! You've definitely made me feel better about it.

Quick Question: How did you get a credit for luggage reimbursement? Did I miss something?

You have to call after you get back and the charges have been put through. They will check and verify that the charges were related to your flights and then reimburse that amount on your next statement.

Thanks Emily! Is this through Travelocity or the Flexperks? Or US Banks Visa? I went to the Flexperks sight and didn't notice any 'luggage' reimbursements.
