I've not stayed there, but just had a look at their website. Are the walls between the bed and the loo really clear, like it looks on the virtual tour?

I love my boyfriend, but not enough to want to watch him on the toilet.

Yes, the walls are clear. I believe that the premium cabins do have a "modesty" curtain, but the standard ones don't.
