Have not stayed in that unit but I have stayed in an EI townhouse, it was very nice, good location, would easily stay there again. FWIW.

hurray! Someone answered! How close would you say it was to the Disney area, and food stores? Are the the units prices different? If you ahve any more info to share please let me know thanks again Jill

I have never stayed at the tiki townhouse but I have stayed at Emerald Island twice. Great location. Very easy to get to the parks using sherberth rd., which is right off 192. It's probably a 10 minute drive to the parks and beats all the 192 traffic. There is a shopping center close by with a several restaurants (Outback, Taco Bell, Subway, TGI Fridays, plus several others). There is a Goodings-Winn Dixie there also but I wouldn't recommend it. It seemed very pricey. I would recommend Publix which is just a little farther up the road.
