Anyone ever order from Land's End?

I'm thinking about ordering a new swimsuit from Land's End, but having never ordered from them before, I'm a little hesitant. My niece has a swimsuit from them that I really like, and they seem to be the only place that I can find one--though it is a little more than I normally pay for a swim suit. I certainly don't want to order something that I end up not liking and then not be able to return. Just wondering if anyone here has ever dealt with them and what their experience was like. TIA!

I've bought my last two swim suits from them. Both from the clearance/sale section. I paid less than $40 for each. They are well made and fit just fine.

I order from Lands End a lot! I have never had a problem. But I strongly suggest not buying any black or navy sweaters or tops from Lands End because they fade after the first wash. I'm through with their black/navy sweaters.

They're well known for quality products and great customer service. Orders ship very quickly - like in a day or 2. They have a great return policy, and you can bring merchandise back to Sears.

I will second this! I had a swimsuit for a year with the tags on it and I was able to return it. I had forgotten about it, and when I found it, it no longer fit right. I still had the email from buying it and I brought it in and they refunded me.

I always buy my swimsuits from there and you can really get a good deal, right now I think its up to 60% off. I usually rinse my suits with cold water after wearing in the pool so the chlorine doesn't eat at the material. I also love their shirts and they wash well.

I order quite a bit from Lands End and what I like the most is you can actually return it to a Sears store without having to pay for return shipping! Works great!! That way you can order a couple different sizes if you aren't sure and return the other to the store!

I order from Land's End almost weekly and love all their products. Placed 2 orders yesterday and I know I'll have them before the end of the week when we leave for our beach vacation. It's very easy to return things to Sears.

I love Land's End
All our swimwear, day wear, shoes ... comes from them. Have never had a problem with their products and if it doesn't fit, you don't like it ,whatever, they will take it back. My daughter has a backpack from them that she uses all year long for school and then takes it to Disney. Has been doing this for the last 4 years that's how durable Land's End products are.

I also love Lands End. I've been shopping with them for many years. I will say the quality has gone down a bit since the merger with Sears.

I love Lands End as well. I have ordered on line and returned in Sears before, too. I have also bought my son a black polo that has been washed many times and it still looks perfect. I highly recommend Lands End.

Their swimsuits are the bomb!!! I don't mind paying more because they fit so well and very flattering if you order the correct suit for your body type. Before when I bought swimsuits, I bought something that fit but didn't flatter very well... Once I found out I am a triangle, I order halter top and actually look cute in a swimming suit....who knew swimsuits could look good on someone who wasn't a model!!

this year I have gotten 3 suits from them (a Lands End first timer) and I love them all. Sign up on their website, everyday I am getting e-mail with 40-60% off of items and free shipping, all my suits were on sale b/c I would not pay the full price.
I have also gotten some tank tops for our Disney trip, I love them too.
I was also told that you could bring back your things to a Sears store that sells Lands End so if you don't like it/doesn't fit you won't have to pay the shipping.

I have bought just about everything I can think of from them. Our house is filled with their winter coats (wrong season I know...), mittens (if you lose one you can order the spare), boots, tanks for me (don't lose their shape), shirts for DS's. Very high quality!!

I purchase from them 6-8 times a year! I have had 8 of their swimsuits over my adult life. I love them! They are stylish but modest enough, hold their shape, the top is never too short or to low cut. I love the swim mini! You will not regret it!

We also have a number of winter or fall coats from them. I use their boat tote bags, too!

If you have a Sears nearby, I suggest you try one of their suits on for size. If in doubt go up one size.

I think one of the best things is Lands End return policy. "If at any time you are not 100% with your purchase we will refund your entire purchase price" and they stand behind this 100% no questions ask. I am a huge Lands End shopper and I love them! I also bought a bathing suit this year and love the way it fits.

Another fan! I've purchased stuff for the whole family and love it all!!! This spring I bought a wrap dress from them that gets huge compliments each time I wear it to work. I've been very, very happy with all aspects of the buying process.

I love their swimsuits. They hold up really well. I had the same one for 6 years and it looked like new. I finally gave it away because I was tired of wearing it. It was a fuscia (SP?) color and it never faded a bit. Also never lost its shape or fit. Well worth the money. Oh, one more thing - they are comfortable! No feeling like you are coming out of your suit.
