Anyone Ever Made Placemats?

Hello- I was thinking of trying to use some of the generic designs to make some placemats since we'll be staying offsite.

I wondered if anyone has ever done this and how they did it. (I have no creative talents so this is probably just a pipe dream)

I think that is an excellent idea. If it were me, I would go to the sites of my favorite DISigners and download my Favorite DISigns. I would then laminate them. This would protect them so I could use them more than once. In addition, a while back, many of us uploaded wall paper/backgrounds for others to use to make their own DISigns. Would you just use the pictures and laminate them, or would you laminate them onto a placemat?

If you were going to put a DISgin on fabric placemats I bet you could use those cute pillowcase designs.

I am for easy so I would do just the laminated paper. That way you could throw them away after a few days and not feel bad about them. You could do them on a white tee towel, but that sounds like a lot of work for something that will get stained the first time you use it? Penny
