Anyone else watching the Royal wedding?

It's on the cnn website right now. I'm not sure what's going on (people arriving somewhere by bus ) but I wish Charles and Camilla the best.

ETA: The Princes just arrived. They have rock star status over there. All the girls in the crowd started screaming. Both are good looking but William is drop dead gorgeous!

ETA part II: White? WTH? She's been married. He's been married. She's my age. Paleese! Well at least it wasn't a wedding gown.

I think it was "off white" I have no problem with what color she's wearing.... I wore ivory at my wedding and my dd was the flower girl I think Camilla looked nice as did Charles. They deserve to be happy. I just wish Diana had lived to find the same happiness.

HMM Camilla will be queen is what they are saying. YES she does fit in with that family. Diana was too pretty and too charismatic to fit in with the Windsors. Camilla is just dowdy enough and boring enough to be queen. How the heck did William and Harry end up in that family? OH yes Diana was their mother.

No, I'm not watching. In a way, I think it is very sad. Charles should have married his "true love" Camilla instead of Diana. But, he didn't want to give up the throne. I think there was so much misery between Charles and Diana that could've been avoided. I guess things work out the way they are supposed to.

As for Charles and Camilla, well, I think he did a terrible thing allowing his family and his desire to be King override his heart. He loved Camilla long before he met Diana, and he should had married her and not drag poor Diana into that mess. She was a victim from day one. How could they ever hope for happiness when his heart lay elsewear?

In a way I am happy for them to finally be together since I usually root for true love to win. But even though these people are an ocean away in another world, and even though I don't know them and shouldn't really care one way or another what happens to them, I still feel sad today. It is a bittersweet marriage with Diana in her grave.

I'm watching CNN and they are funny. They have that funky British guy all over the streets talking to the commoners and Anderson Cooper is making fun of what he calls the twigs and leaves hats.

There was some other lady on earlier making commentary about Diana and Charles's marriage. Maybe he loved Camilla and married Diana or maybe he didn't, we don't know. We weren't there but somehow I would think that she had an inkling he wasn't in total love with her before they married considering that Camilla was everywhere even through the courtship. There marriage broke down between Diana and Charles not Diana, Charles and Camilla as others like to say. Please don't think I'm tryng to be ugly to the poster I copied because I'm sure not. It's too early to be ugly lol.

He didnt marry Diana because he wouldnt give up the throne, that was never an option he had at such a young age and even now its highly unlikely he would pass as its just really done.

The wedding of two adulterers who both cheated on their spouses and broke up their families for their own selfish indulgence doesn't strike me as terribly appealing, so I'm not going to watch.

Charles actually proposed to Camilla when they were younger, but she said no and married Andrew Parker-Bowles instead. But decided to still carry on her affair with Charles. Nice.

Basically, anything we want. Most have tiers (at least 3) and many are white cake/white icing with colored frosting piping to match the wedding colors but it very individual and thus nothing is "typical". I had a 7 tier white and chocolate cake with a flowing fountain.

The hats are just a riot!! I love old churches so I'm watching more for the architectural view rather than the honorees. Gosh the church is just beautiful!

Camilla's dress looks pale blue and white on my tv. Charles doesn't appear to be aging particularly well but the queen still looks fantastic. She's looked exactly the same as long as I can remember, lol. Someone said William was gorgeous. That is an understandment! How old is he now?

"My country til of thee" is the tune of "God save the queen"? I never knew!

I hope they will be happy. I agree that he should have married her in the first place. But for whatever reason, he didn't and he married Diana. I'm sad that she is not alive to find her happiness here on this earth too. I don't care for Prince Charles, so I don't really care whether or not he ended up marrying Camilla or not. But if they'll finally be happy, more power to them. He screwed up Diana's life in a big way. I don't think he did it on purpose but she was kid back then. And because of their farce of a marriage, the world has Princes William and Harry. I hope they will touch the world in a positive way.
