if you were told system down, I would keep calling back. I called this morning at 7:04 amd got thru at 750 and already booked my ap rate! so hang in there and call back!

I just hung up, HOPING he'll be able to handle it... I'd still feel better if I was able to talk to them directly, but I guess I gotta trust DH. hee hee

Trying to change our Christmas trip (already booked) to an AP rate. My mom was on hold from 8:10 but just had to hang up (she had a meeting). I'm at work, too, and now I'm on hold. I don't know how long I"ll be able to do this uninterrupted. So nervous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
