Anyone else see this new attraction at MK?

When did they put this "animaltronic" in?
Going through this summers pictures and forgot about this temporary attraction. He was by the walkway through Frontierland for at least 3 days. He was a youngster (about 5 ft) but created quite a stir. We named him Tom Sawyer.

That is so cool! I've heard about the alligator, but we've never seen him. Great picture of him (or her!) I'm going to show my DH who doubted there really was one in Disney World.

yea, I saw him (or maybe a brother/sister) over a year ago (spring '02) while on my college program..... I had a few pictures, but they are all blury..
