Anyone else not get VM or GB yet? Update 9/30-called!

If I were you guys I would call MS and ask to speak to a supervisor, and start chewing out some people.

I STILL am waiting for my Guidebook and VM here in southeast MI.

On Thursday, Sept. 26 I called MS and told them that I still haven't received either the GB or the VM. The CM told me that the GBs were just "Mailed out last week" RIGHT!!!!! and that if I don't get mine by the END of October, then to call back. She did say she was mailing out a VM to me immediately.

I wonder if they mail them out by zip codes or by the last one to purchase, the last one to get a book. I bought into the BCVs in early April.
