When I try to make a reservation, it keeps telling me that my session has expired. Anyone else having this issue? Trying to play around with dates, so I don't really want to call them on the phone, just trying to see what's available during different times in the fall and don't really have actual dates yet. Thanks

I have to just say, while I love and adore WDW, the website...... not so much. I always have same or similar problem as above.

Really...its so frustrating. I just got off the phone with reservations and they have no knowledge of a problem. I have a reservation confirmation number and tried to use it to make a change, and it wont let me do that either. I also just tried to pay our annual pass, and when I sign in, it says there's an error and my user name and password do not match their records...it's the same user name and password we've been using for years...the same email address that their confirmation is sent to...so aggrevating.

OP here. Well, talked with Disney reservations and technical support three times yesterday...they claim they are unaware of any problem with online reservations. Today, I still cannot look at resort availability. I enter my dates and my resort choice and it keeps telling me that my session has expired. I've used Mozilla, Safari and Explorer web browsers and get the same thing.

Anyone else having this issue?

Website is working the way it always does for me...quirky and slow but no timeout issues. :confused3

Do you possibly have 2 or more Disney log ins? I've had this problem and usually it will fix itself, if I log out and then log back in. Other then that, all I can say is just keep trying.

You can actually see a resort's availability on a specific date? When I fill in what resort and when, I keep getting the your session has expired bold red type message. It doesn't timeout really, just goes to look for availability and that's the same answer I keep getting. :confused3

Yes. It's working fine for me. I can check availability without a problem.

It has been doing this only on one of my computers...the other works fine.:confused3

it's doing it for me too and it's so frustrating. I have a sick child at home so it's hard to sit on the phone I'd rather just poke around online. =*(

I'm getting this message too. Have been for 2 1/2 weeks. Actually there are lots of posts about this but no one has found a solution yet (that I have found). I'm really really hoping that some techy on the DIS finds us and gives us some suggestions.

I know people get annoyed with Disney's website but in this case, I think that it's something more than the usual "site is down". It seems that not everyone is having this problem. I wish some DISer would come along and ask us all a series of questions that might help us diagnose what's going.

I have the problem on one computer but not another. I have the problem in both Explorer and Firefox. I had it with IE7, and now with IE8. I've tried clearing history and cookies, I've tried clearing flash cookies. I've run Norton scans. I've done google searches to see if anyone else in cyberspace has a solution. so far nothing.

Maybe if one of the mod's can consolidate all these threads into one, it might help someone find us and help us get somewhere with this problem.
