Anyone else having an issue with Disney 2fa / 6 digit code?

Across all Disney platforms right now, anything that two-factor authenticates me is not sending me the six digit code via email. I've checked spam, tried over and over again, nothing. I can't access the disney gift card website, and various other parts of disney that require two-factor authenticating like DVC, etc. I've tried changing my email, but to do that, I need to two-factor authenticate! Anyone else having an issue? I don't even know what branch of disney to try to contact about this. Thanks in advance!

I’d call Disney IT at (407) 939-4357. They handle more than MDE and have always been very helpful for me.

Yes. I’ve been going back and forth with Disney tech for two weeks and they’re useless. Two factor is not working for me to log on to combine gift cards, doesn’t work for my husbands account, nor does it work if I try to create a new account with a new email address. They keep telling me try this and that but don’t seem to understand that I’ve tried all of that repeatedly and clearly something on their end isn’t sending. It’s maddening.

They told me that it was an issue with gmail and they are getting a lot of complaints. I created a free yahoo email address and had them change my email address. Are all the email accounts you are using (including the new one you created) gmail accounts?

Had the same issue with mine and Hubby's gmail on the 2nd. Got through on my mom's Comcast email. Had tried calling IT while it was happening and they had no clue. Was just glad I had enough adults on this trip in our friends and family that I was able to get one of us through.

Our two accounts are, yes. And I was thinking the new one I tried wasn’t, as it’s a work address, but it is powered by google so maybe the glitch is there?
I literally just need it to combine a bunch of gift cards.

I created a free yahoo email account, then called the Disney IT number to switch it over to it. I’d recommend you just do the same, they didn’t seem to know if the google issue would ever be resolved. It’s clearly not effecting **all** google accounts or there would be a bigger outcry.

Thanks. I might just create the email and make a new account-literally the only thing I need it for is the gift cards and I don’t actually want a new email for my upcoming trip etc…
