We went in May one night at C Beach and checked in at 2pm didn't receive the pack n play til 1:30 am after calling two times after midnight.
This past week stayed a week at Pop and checked in online at 3pm checked in resort at 9:30 pm and still didn't receive one til 2am.
I did fill out the online survey from May and a Disney representative called me, so after not receiving one again until 2am I called the number to tell them about this trip.
It is hard not going to sleep until really late and having your baby laying in the stroller. We were unable to get up early the next day on our MK day to eat lunch at BOG because we were just too tired and couldn't switch days around because of adrs.
So just be on the look out for the pack n play and make sure it comes.

Not sure if you are missing details, but I think I would have started my calls at about 9pm instead of waiting until after midnight. I would have also went to the front desk and stood there until either I spoke with a manager (getting their name) and had their assurance that the pnp was coming in the next 10 minutes, or until I saw the runner (or whatever you call them) carrying one to my room.

Well I didn't call til midnight the first time because we went to downtown Disney and that's when we got back same thing for the this past week we went to get ice cream and Wolfgang express so did get back til midnight again to see there was no pack and play. I called immediately and told them of my past experience than they said we could switch our room so spent an hour waiting in line to change my cards the check in line didn't move because they only had 3 cast members working and ended up getting only one card because they couldn't get the card thing working properly so came back in the morning. I talked to two managers the nighttime manager and housekeeping manager. I wasn't mad just annoyed and disappointed. After being up til 2am waiting I couldn't fall asleep til 3:30am and we are already late starters. We had a 4:30 liberty tree ADR so if we didn't get in line at 10 am we were not going to do it so close. Your response was not friendly. I was just warming people to make sure it comes because this is the 2nd time waiting for one.

Well I see you edited your response that is better. I was not blaming them really that I couldn't do BOG lunch just couldn't get up early after waiting for pack n play. We thankfully did it before and in the future I think I won't schedule a park day for the next day because things can go wrong.

I don't know where the 2nd part went:confused3 I still think that 6 hours of sleep, while not ideal, would be enough for me to get by on to get somewhere by 11:30am, but regardless....

I hear you but we were all just tired and knew we were going to an all you care to eat at 4 oh and plus we had a 1pm appt for a first haircut forgot about that.

We're out of the pnp stage but during it, I never had an issue getting one. :confused3 Out of the 5 times I requested one at check in, it was in the room within the hour! I can't imagine having to wait hours for one to be delivered.

We didn't get a pack n play but we did have a bit of a circus with bed rails. They were on my reservation request but were not in our room when we checked in at 5:30. We called for a set but hadn't arrived by 8:00 when we got back from exploring the resort/eating, etc.

So, we call mousekeeping and a mousekeeper brought them at 9:00. However, we had a terrible time figuring out how to make them work and there weren't any directions. So... we called mousekeeping again asking if someone could help us put them together. After about another twenty minutes my sister had it figured out so we called about 9:20 to cancel mousekeeping's assistance.

Then... about 11:00 a nice mousekeeper came with another set of rails. I'm not sure if she was coming with the original request or maybe thought there was something wrong with our other set or was coming to assist us with the first set but we told her we appreciated her coming but that we had figured them out and had called to cancel the request for assistance some time before.

I felt badly for her having to make that run for nothing. The communication must not be that great.
