Anyone else have a Disney Brick?

We have a brick at WDW and one at DLR.

Not too long ago, the WDW brick was looking pretty shabby, but in the past couple years it has been redressed and looks pretty good.

Always fun trying to stand on my brick without looking down, just by using visual coordinates.

Haven't seen the western one in a couple years, but I was amazed that it is only a few bricks away from the brick of one of my best friends!

Ok, this may be crazy, but we have three bricks, although one of the bricks is part of a group brick. This first one (the group one) was obtained in 1996-- I was working at a TDS and the cast bought one for the store's one-year anniversary (we were a pretty close group). The store is no more, but at least we have the brick-- the store is where I met my husband! :teeth: It's on the walkway by the monorail heading towards GF. Traditional Mickey silloutte

I bought our second brick for my husband's (then-boyfriend) college graduation in 1998. This one is by the monorial at the TTC. The certificate is framed, so at least I have the number so we can find it (miss the little kisok at MK). Mickey with mortorboard hat.

We bought our third brick in 1999 to celebrate our engagement (he proposed at MK after the park closed by the Mickey & Minnie toparies with the Castle in the background--ahhh . . . ). For this one we were given an acrylic replica of the brick and two polo shirts with "Walk Around the World Family Member". It, too, is at the TTC. Mickey's hands forming a heart.

We love our bricks since they serve as very fond reminders of special events :earsboy:

Mine was installed in 1999 by the TTC and of course sees a lot of traffic over it. It has gotten progressively worse by the year and this time was sporting some kind of moss/mildew. I noticed that all the bricks to the west of me, starting about 10 bricks over had benn very recently replaced or washed or something, so I hope to see it in better shape next time! ::MickeyMo

We "visited" our brick last week and were disappointed to find it, and many others near it, covered with sand that had drifted from the beach area! It's located on the path between Luau Cove and the Wedding Pavilion (purchased in 1997) so it doesn't get all that much traffic...and obviously not much maintenance either. :(
