We're going May 29th - June 6th, staying at the Contemporary, to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversary and my birthday! It will also be our newest family member's first trip to WDW - DS 18 months (then)!

We're 50 days out (49, really, since we leave home on the 28th) and I'm already bouncing off the walls! Making lists and starting to buy things for the trip.

We will be staying at the Polynesian May 18-23 to celebrate our anniv and my b day. Our ds have finals so they cant come. And I am telling my radiation oncologist that any tests will have to be done before we leave or she will just have to wait till I get back from Disney!!

I am trying to get excited about the Polynesian. I really wanted the yacht or beach but they werent available using dh ff miles.

First off good luck with you oncologist, I would have left my husband for mine (no not really but I told DH that LOL) As for the Poly, stop yourself! You are staying at the nicest resort on property. You will not be sorry. It is so lovely and romantic. My DH and I are spending our 22nd Ann in 25 days there. It took us 22 years to get back there because we never forgot it. Please don't feel like you are settling because you truly are not. You may like other resorts for great reasons but the Poly is so the Poly, I'm sure you will love it.

Have a great anniversary!! I live on LI too (Suffolk), small world. My oncologist is a woman and I am still trying to get use to her personality. I am glad I only have to go about once a year.Sounds like you have a great onc.
