Anyone else get a email survey about recent BLT stay?

We've just been back from our first trip home, and got an email asking us to do a survey about our stay. Actually, we've gotten a couple. I haven't done it yet, because I remembered something about a scam a while back.

Anyone else gotten it and done it?

We got the surveys last summer when we returned from all 3 DVC resorts--BLT, BWV, and VWL.

I just filled out two surveys - from BCV and BWV. I don't know how much good they do for Disney, but I had a problem one time at the Hard Rock Hotel, and did the online survey, mentioning what had happened. A manager called me back within 30 minutes of filling out the survey and my problem was magically solved! (problem being I paid cash for a meal at the pool, and my server charged it to my room and kept the cash. When I checked out, they charged my credit card for the meal - saying there was nothing they could do.)

I got a survey postcard in the mail to go to a website to answer survey questions but haven't done it yet...

I got the email.

It was very generic, how would I rate my stay, was it clean, would I go back, etc. I just had to enter the two codes that were sent via email.
