LOL Snoops, you are baddddddd,
Nothing else ticks me off but someone cutting the line , unless is for some health reason. No I did not see any fights today but the layaway line at walmart was like 3 hours long so instead of putting everything on layaway like I usually do so my kids won't find anything, I purchased it and brought it home, it's still in my van and I will bring it in and put it in a cardboard box and next week when they are in school I will wrap it and put it back in the box until christmas eve. I have a couple more things to get and the stocking stuffers but that's not a big problem.
I did notice though how some people wanted to kill me with the looks when I price matched everything, LOL.

Anyone have a suggestion on finding a FurReal Friend?!! DH thinks it's a lost cause, but I haven't given up yet.

I actually didn't have to work my p/t retail job today, so I stayed away from the malls. Lois I found a Fur Real for my DD10 on ebay. Didn't pay 29.99 for it unfortunately, but I was able to get it for about the regular price the they are listed at. Good luck in your search!

We're back!! We didn't leave until 8:30 this morning. My body won't function before that!! Anyway I got a couple of christmas gifts. Got a few things for myself!! Didn't need anything to bad. Most of my shopping is done. Plan on getting the other two ideas I need tomorrow from my SIL's. Then I'm done!!!

All in all we had a fun day! I just like to go out and see what deals I can find...even if it's not for Christmas!!

I'm so tired......

My alarm was set for 5 a.m., but it didn't go off. I woke up on my own though at 5:20, so I really had to rush. My mom and I went together, so off to Walmart. You guys wouldn't believe the line for the GBAs!!!!!!!!! I decided that I wasn't going to do it, one lady suggested that I try Kmart (I hate that store) for a price match on the GBA. We got a dvd player for my brother at Walmart for $120, not bad.

Then we went to Kmart, let's just say they didn't match the price on the GBA. I even spoke to a manager without success. Now I remember why I never shop there. Did I mention I hate Kmart? We left empty handed. Then we decided to go to Target, but we stopped at the other Walmart that's very close to it. I decided to give the GBA thing a try again and stood in line. The line (again) was horrendous, but I decided to try anyway. I think I stood in line for about 1 hr. (maybe longer), but the time passed quickly as I chatted with other women. Well, I finally made it to the register. As I'm standing there paying for the GBA, one Walmart employee asks another one "Do you want to tell them?" Apparently there were only 3 GBAs left and the line was still very long. I can't blame them for not wanting to tell the other customers! I felt bad for the other people that had been standing in line for so long. Walmart should have had a better plan.

We then went to the mall, decided to skip Target. The parking lot was a nightmare, but I managed to get a parking space. Once there we hit Sears and Burdines, got some other presents (clothes). I saw the line at KB (very long), so I guess they also had a number system in place. On the way out of the mall, two men got into a verbal argument (one was blocking the traffic). Fortunately, security and police cars were behind them so it ended quickly.

We stopped for lunch, then we went to TJMaxx and Marshalls. We bought some other gifts and I really started to get sleepy. We decided it was time to go home, it was around 1 pm.

We found everything that we were looking for and some other things. Other than the two men arguing, there were no fights or line cutting. I thought folks were well behaved. I'm just very tired!!!!!

They had the Fur Reals at KB Toys, not many, but I saw one or two. I thought about buying it and then selling it on ebay, but I thought better of it.

I went out today just for the sport of it. I don't think I bought one thing on sale though. lol I already had most of my shopping done so I think I like to just torture myself. I enjoy reading about the good deals though.

I tend to hate KMART too!! My husband is the early riser.. so I sent him out for couple things at KMart while I stayed home and got breakfast for DS, etc... These weren't doorbusters, but we wanted to get them while they were still on the shelves.

DH came back with the items allright. And, one of them was actually marked UP higher now than it was last week!!! I was miffed!! Not only have I thought that the doorbuster sales most places were really lame this year, KMart is charging top dollar for other items (like the one we bought) and are soaking all the sale shoppers!! Forget the hassle of pricematching, I'll just spend my money elsewhere!

Both items have already been returned. But the complimentary free $10.00 off your next order that they gave us is IN MY POCKET!!!

I was lucky and picked up two fur real cats last Tuesday at Target in Vernon Hills IL I got the last two. One white and one orange which were the exact colors that each one of my kids picked out. I felt like I did when I got PS for Cinderella's! Made my day and will make their Christmas!

Previously, I ordered two cats on 11/21 from kbtoys, but they cancelled my order. I was also checking TRU, Walmart, KB at various locations by me, with no success.
