Anyone else at Pop but us??!!

Ohhhhh that would be wonderful !! Arriving a day earlier then scheduled. .... Lucky dog !! I hope it works... Keeping my fingers crossed for ya :grouphug:

I am still hoping to fly out Wednesday night arriving Thursday morning but we have a connection in Houston so I would have to luck out twice (hoping someone gets stuck in traffic ...Okay...I Know I'm horrible )

Well...you'll never guess what's happened NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Okay, well, things weren't looking too good for the airline allowing us to fly out tomorrow and, sure enough, when my TA called back she said it was a no-go. So, being the feisty little Aries chick that I am, I called AirTransat myself to give them a piece of my mind and try to get this changed. Anyhoo, I was actually getting somewhere with this girl (same one as last time, believe it or not!!) and she was going to get back to me.

About an hour later my TA calls me and says "Guess what"? I say, "Oh, they're gonna allow me to change it" TA:"Nope, they've now CANCELLED YOUR RETURN FLIGHT HOME ON THE 22nd!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now, remember girfriends, this was the first one that was changed on us...they had us going to Ft. Laud. for a stupid lay-over, etc....this was the flight I ORIGINALLY tried to change to their 23rd or 24th flight because of that!!!!!!!

So, now I HAVE to come home on the Sat., not the Fri.!!!!! Mad scramble for Jeff to get his Sat. shift at the station covered.....DONE!!! Call Disney now.....sorry....no rooms at the inn!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAAAATTTT!!!!!!!!! So now the GOOD news.....

Hi Kelli....we're gonna be neighbors for 1 night over at POR!!!!!!!!!

So, we get to stay for Fri., added the 9th day to my Hopper, paid for POR (NO free dining!) and here I am!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought I booked and paid for all of this back in April in order to avoid this kind of B.S.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm just sooooooo happy that we have an extra day AND we'll get to do EMHs at Epcot Fri. night!!!!!

When the Disney res. person told me what resort had availability I just near died laughing!!! I'm sure she thought I was a nut!!!! I was thinking to myself...."please, not POR, not POR....Kelli will NEVER let me live it down"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited...always wanted to stay there!!! AND now I get to do a whole NEW spreadsheet!!

Oh ya...forgot this part!! We're NOT telling Brett about the extra day!!! We'll have to have everything all packed up at Pop as if we were leaving for home on the Fri. morning so we'll tell him then!!! Maybe head to a Park bus, he'll ask what we're doing at the busses and then....bam!!!! We're not leaving until tomorrow!!!! Plus...he's ALWAYS wanted to go to the POR pool because of that sea serpent slide, etc...so I guess we'll be spending Fri. afternoon lounging around the pool!!! Man...life just sucks!!!!

I am in the same predicament as Llbell!!!! The ONLY thing available for my extra night is POR also!!!!! BUT, I am going to wait it out and see what happens. My DD really would like to stay at a "star one", not to mention mommy and daddy's credit card would prefer a STAR ONE too!

I can't keep up with all your chats, so at least while you guys are enjoying the parks for the next 8 days I will be able to catch up here in my dark hole!!!

We are to much alike Our standby isn't working either.. my "kid" (DH) has a real aversion to catching a 12:20a.m flight after working all day. Plus, if our room wasn't ready when we got to POP, I am afraid he will get ugly We also have a connection in Dallas so it's not like we will be able to sleep. 1st flight is 2+ hrs, 2nd is 3+.
