Well I am about to ring as well. I want to find out why the online system won't let me view my ADRs. I have the confirmation nos written down as well as in the email, but I don't like that they have a feature if I don't have the option of using it!
I think it has something to do with my phone number and post code as it is telling me on the dining page that the problem is with my phone number, but I have copied and pasted it exactly as it is in my profile info which they hold for me. The postcode gives me hassles when I get pin codes - it won't let me access my offers.
