Anyone doing October ADRs with me tomorrow?

Well I am about to ring as well. I want to find out why the online system won't let me view my ADRs. I have the confirmation nos written down as well as in the email, but I don't like that they have a feature if I don't have the option of using it! I think it has something to do with my phone number and post code as it is telling me on the dining page that the problem is with my phone number, but I have copied and pasted it exactly as it is in my profile info which they hold for me. The postcode gives me hassles when I get pin codes - it won't let me access my offers.

glad you got what you wanted 2tiggies. I am doing my adrs on saturday and hoping to get breakfast at CRT, its all my DD5 wants to do fingers crossed

Well if it is worth anything, there were loads of options available for CRT yesterday, even in the evening when I went back to play. I so wished I could book it just because I never got a ressie there - too hard :sad2: - and now DD has just turned 8, not high up on the priority list. There were quite a few options for early like 8.10 and then some for later in the morning. If you are doing BBB before you will need a later one but if not, I would suggest a really early ressie as a lot of people want the later slot to allow them to get their little ones dollied up first at BBB. Tell us how you get on. :goodvibes

That's so annoying isn't it! :headache: I'm sure I've heard other people say they have had problems with their phone numbers with Disney...just wish I could remember where they were talking about it so I could help you! :confused3 I think they said the way round it was to copy the telephone number that comes in the confirmation email as that one is slightly different to the one you actually give them

I'm a happy bunny today as I've just got my 12 digit reservation number through from Disney  Now I'm all set to make my first lot of ADRs on 22nd April :dance3:

It wasn't an easy process though as the first reply I got from Disney US was that they didn't have access to bookings made in the UK. So I emailed the chap back and told him that of course he would have access to booking made from the UK as otherwise how would the hotels know to reserve a room for us! :rotfl: I told him to go and ask his supervisor for assistance.....which he obviously did, because today I have had a email from someone else at Disney US apologising that I had been given the wrong info in the first email and here was my 12 digit reservation number (which I've already checked out and it works to link my ADRs to my holiday reservation :woohoo:)

Luv Suzy

I e-mailed Disney USA Giving my details, date of holiday and they gave me a 12 diget number which works great for ADR's and i am all booked up.

BUT The 12 diget number doesn't work when i try and get details up on the vaction? does this mean i can't do online checkin?

You don't do it on the normal Disney website if you are just wanting to view it. You have to go to www.mydisneyvacation.com and it brings up a page asking how you booked. For UK bookings, at least certainly the Disney UK ones, you have to select "Through a group or convention". It is to do with the way they sell our tickets apparently. I only found this out because I am not known for patience when I decide to sort something out :rotfl2: and phoned the tech support team in the US. The 12 digit number works on there.

If you want to do online check in then you do use the normal website but you can't do it until 10 days out from your check in date (working on EST for dates). Once you get to your window your details will have been passed to the resort's system and you will be able to access it.

All done! A big thank you to everyone :grouphug:

I just have another 2 to do when the windows open later in the week.

I got Everything I wanted if not right on the time requested, then 5 minutes either side - as good as it could get :yay:

well done - really pleased for you:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

What is the direct link to the form you used? as when i go to that site all i can find is this:
http://disneyworld.disney.go.com/wd...orPage?errorState=reservation&paRetrieve=null

Our tickets are different. That is why you went in through the different option when you selected your method of booking. US does not sell 14 day tickets. Magic your way package means that you have tickets and accommodation booked onsite at a Disney hotel and you have dining too.

It is simply a description as it's as close as what they have to reflect it. You will use your tickets in the normal way as described by DIsney UK. I haven't heard of anyone having a problem with them once they get there.

Thanks for all the info you have been a great help, can't wait.

So glad you got it sorted! We are going 2 weeks after you and staying at POFQ! We check in on the 2nd October. When do you leave?
