Anyone doing October ADRs with me tomorrow?

So the day is almost here! Anyone else doing their ADRs tomorrow? Some moral support would be wonderful!!!!

I am still doing some last minute deliberation. So as not to duplicate one of my post from the restaurant board, I am posting a link in case any of my fellow Brits want to give some input.

I have just checked your thread. Personally I thought WCC was great but if the food isn't so great for you I probably wouldn't bother.

What kind of food do you both like and then we can maybe point you in the right direction

Thanks Clare. I don't really need another TS. We have QSDP by choice so it was more a case of doing the specific places that were of interest. I wonder if it is considered bad form to go there for a light meal like a salad and a side and drink each. I don't really understand from the menus online whether the WCC kids meals come as a skillet or a la carte so that is also fuelling indecision. I could go ahead and book and cancel if it seems to be a waste - then save it for another trip. THB I was quite taken aback with DD's enthusiasm about it as she is quite a serious child and slap-stick jokes and banter don't always go down well. I don't know how she would be on the receiving end despite her insistance that she would love to participate ....... so she says now!

I get to make mine in 10 days ... am thinking of booking the day off work to do it, which is pretty embarrassing!!!!!!!

We love House of Blues and always go there - best ribs and cornbread on site!!!! Little tip, there will be a massive line of people waiting outside when you get there - if you have an ADR you can go inside to the counter in there to check-in! We didn't realise that the first year we went - it saves loads of time!

We are also going in October. The only places in Disney I have my eye on are Biergarten, 50's prime time cafe and Raglan road. I hope they will be pretty easy to get ADR's for. I think most of the time we will eat off site to keep the costs down a bit.
Does the whole of October open up tomorrow, or is it one day at a time?
Also, does anyone know if you can prebook for bubba gumps and margaritaville in citiwalk?

Don't feel bad. I would have if mine hadn't fallen on a bank holiday! I even posted a question a couple of months back asking who took the day off and plenty people said they would. Others also said they would do it at work but I just wouldn't be able to be guaranteed I could get to doing it at the time I need to be online

Great! Don't suppose you have done a review? I like the look of the menu. Thanks for the tip about the line. I would have stood outside waiting like I did one year outside MK for an early ressie - left it til I panicked about the time and THEN found out I could have shown my ADR and gone right in.

It opens up exactly 180 days out from your check in date. There is a calculator for it if you don't have your date. Just remember the US format is month, day, year.

Thanks I am behaving strangely Couldn't sleep last night. I never worried about it in the past when doing it on the phone. Just had my list, rang up and that was it.

Now my window should at least be showing yesterday's date as it was yesterday, but it is only showing up to end of September Never mind, I will phone if I run into any hassles. No doubt you will be seeing me posting on here during the day

When you entered your phone numbers did you just put in your landline without the 0 and with no spaces?

Granny and Gradad are coming to fetch DD to take her out for an hour (they don't know either and think I have internet banking to do). So what time do they arrange to come? 11 am!!!! Can't you make it 10 minutes earlier or half 11? Nope.

Noooooo!!!! They have to find it. What format is your reservation no. in? It is either 16 digits (numerical) or 8 characters in a combination of letters and numbers. When are you trying to get Le Cellier?

I feel relieved to have it done. Just 2 more to book plus BBB for DD which I have to wait for.

My fingers were full of nervous energy waiting for 11 am to roll in so I was playing around with the September calendar. I could not believe how many options were available for CRT! Loads of them and plenty choices of times. I never ever managed to get one before. Sadly DD is now a bit beyond the princesses to justify the expense, but I was almost tempted to book just because I could

I think 7 TS is enough for someone on the QSDP I know we will end up dropping one or two but at least they are secured and I can assess later if need be and cancel anything that is too much.

CANT believe I couldnt get T-rex for 6pm
The nearest time they had was 10pm !
Managed to get Raglan Road instead, and will have to jiggle my plan around a bit, and hope I can get T-rex for later in the holiday.

Keep trying Sax72. People do cancel. It is so odd but there have been a number of reports of people not getting the less sought after spots this week Someone on the main board couldn't get Tokyo dining at 180 plus 10 today. I mean have you ever!!! You hardly ever hear about the place!

Phone T rex directly and you will get in. They only release a small amount of table to be reserved through disney system.

I am willing to go to lecelliar any night between the 20th and 30th september between 1and 3 or 4.30 and 7pm. The code they gace me the last twice was an 8 digit one with letters and numbers.Didnt work.The guy was really rude on the phone which I have never experienced from the wdw site before. Anyway ringing back tonight. Not the end of the world eh.
