Anyone do the Game On Diet?

Hi all. A friend of mine sent me an email asking if I would be interested in doing the Game On Diet with a few different people. She explained a bit what it was about. I think I'm going to go to the book store tomorrow and look at the book.

Anyway, just wanted to know if anyone else has done it and what they thought.
