Anyone currently in closing with Magic Vacation Title?

Has anyone else gotten their closing docs from them this month? My contract passed ROFR on Dec 17 and estoppel came back Dec 31. No closing docs and no reply to my one email politely inquiring. When I asked broker’s office, I was told oh a week or two more, but that timeline is way longer than people’s experience in Closing Time thread. Any ideas?

Update: Just received closing docs in my email. Disboards is magical!
