For all of you experts who love to plan, I would love to hear from you. If you were to plan this week, what would you plan when? I will give you our parameters:

We are NOT rope droppers
Four of us (2 adults, an 11 year-old and a 13 year-old)
Staying at Grand Floridian Club Level 11/20-11/26 2018
No interest in character meals
Not planning on MVMCP or other upcharged parties at parks (MVMCP will be on 11/25 during our stay)
We have five day tickets with park hoppers
We arrive around 12 pm to our resort 11/20
We depart early morning on 11/26 so no park that day
We want one FULL resort day
We would like to book Artist Point for Thanksgiving dinner around 7 pm
Other meals that week we would like to book are : Sanaa, Homecomin', The Edison, Frontera Cocina

So for any of you who enjoy planning, take a stab and see what you come up with!

Can't really help you with much, but personally, I'd make Thanksgiving day my resort day. Try for Homecomin' or The Edison on the 25th and make that an MK day. Since you're not rope droppers, fitting in another night at DS will be difficult.

This is a tough one. I almost stopped reading at "We are NOT rope droppers" :P You didn't specify, but I assume you're planning to visit all 4 parks? Also, you have a lot of meals at DS, which is going to result in way too much travel IMO. You'd be much better off to eat at the park where you plan to be during the day.

11/20 - check in at 12pm, then head to MK for afternoon / evening
11/21 - Epcot
11/22 - Resort day, dinner at AP
11/23 - DHS
11/24 - AK
11/25 - MK (you'll have to leave by 6pm, but should be lower crowds)
11/26 - checkout

You didn't mention your park priorities - do you plan to visit all four parks? any big ticket rides you really want to ride and/or get FPs for? are night shows a priority for you?

11/20: MK with fireworks
11/21: EP
11/22 (Thanksgiving): resort day with Artist Point dinner
11/23: HS
11/24: AK with Sanaa dinner (if you care about FoP FPs, later in your trip works best for getting those)
11/25: MK (park closes early to non-party guests) with dinner in Disney Springs

On the Epcot and HS days if you don't care about seeing any of the night shows, you could get back to Disney Springs for the other dinners you are hoping to do. I think it might be tough to do all of those Dis Springs restaurants, but you could do lunch between park visits as another option as well.

Hmm, this is tough, I like the plans ENJ Disney Fan shared. I think your resort day on Thanksgiving is super smart! I would do Sanaa on your AK day but I will say hitting Homecomin, Edison and Frontera when you aren't a rope dropper might be hard since the travel time to/from the parks to Springs will eat into your park time. I'd look at the park hours for each of your days and whichever park is open latest, I'd do one of the Disney Springs restaurants that day so you can go back to that park or hop if you decide you don't need to go back to that park, but IMO going back and forth to Disney Springs on park days is a big waste of time. You could also do a Springs dinner on your MK party day, that would be good and hop on over to another park, either Epcot or AK look to be good on the crowd calendar. Looks good overall! Sounds awesome!
