Anyone call for Cindy's or PSB today?

Just wondering if anyone has called today. Are they still just doing a deposit or is it a full pre-pay now?

They just took the deposit amounts and applied them to my credit card. A few of the later messages on the CRT thread mention the same thing...the deposit being taken rather than being told we're paying in full. Could've sworn they said a 24 hr. cancellation rather than a 48 hr. one. Oh well, guess we'll see when the credit card bill comes in!

Odd. Why have that recording yesterday then saying that there's a major upgrade with regard to Cindy's?

Okay, I just called and literally got right through (probably because I am calling in the late afternoon). I asked about booking Cindy's and if a deposit was still required. The CM said yes. I asked was it still $10 per adult and $5 per child and he said yes.

So that sounds like that. Mystery solved. At least for Cindy's.

I called today just to find out for myself what the deal was. I was told they charge the deposit when you make your PS ($10 for adults and $5 for children) to your card for CRT, PSB, and Crystal Palace. I wish we could get this straight. I'm not sure if the CM's even know for sure if the card is actually charged or it seems like it is sometimes and not others. I was surprised that Crystal Palace was included but that's what she said. The CM seemed annoyed that I was even asking about the policy and she said that it had been this way for quite some time. I thought that was kind of rude of her. What if I had never been to WDW or ever made any ps's before? I'm still trying to figure out how much money I'll need to make my ps's.

She said Crystal Palace too? Good gravy. I am making that PS too next week. I, too, wish they would just publish a policy so we would know what's what.
