Anyone book hotel through cheaptickets.com?

I hear they are a sister site of Orbitz. But I've never heard of them until searching for hotels. They're offering an incredible deal (20% off 2 nights plus they're already $10/nt cheaper than anyone else). Anyone book with them? Was it a good experience??

We've booked several hotels, cruises, airline tickets, etc. through Cheap Tickets and have never had any issues. You will still (most likely) have to pay the resort fee once you check in, as they have never offered to pay it up front when we booked through them. They do make that clear however, so it shouldn't be a surprise when you have to. I usually start my searches for deals on this website when we plan a trip.

I recently (last week) just booked a trip back home to Pensacola, Florida from Orlando for a reunion with them and got a great deal on flight/car combo.
