We will be arriving on June 10 I called to inquire about crafts and things going on during our stay. The man I spoke with at Eb and Flos was veryyyy nice but said they don't know until a few days ahead of time. I was wondering for those who have been recently what activities were offered and what was the cost??????

We were there in March and they had things like sidewalk art, bike touring, cell painting, relay races, etc.
There was something going on most of the day. If your kids like to do group activites, there should be plenty to keep them busy.
There is also the mini-golf, bikes to rent, tennis and basketball.
With all that, my kids (5 and 6) had the most fun playing in the waves and on the slide.

We have been members since 95 and there are plenty of activities for the kids to do at VB. Everyday they have a schedule of events at the resort- they have a night a
couple times a week that for a fee that the kids get dinner and activities to do ie:kickball, wiffle ball ect.... They have campfires, you can rent boogie boards and go on the ocean to ride the waves, play minature golf, swim in the pool , play bingo, do arts and crafts for a small fee, they have movie nights also. There is plenty to do and the kids usually meet to new friends to hang out with. My kids are 10 and 12 and always look forward to gooing to VB. JP:bounce: :pinkbounc :jester:

Hi,

I've got a copy of Playful Pastimes, the activities sheet they publish for the week from a previous trip. If you'd like, I can either e-mail or fax it to you. The file is a .jpg and is reasonably small (about 1/2 Mb). It would give some idea of the scheduled activities for the week. I suspect if you call the resort directly, they would fax you the current schedule as well. Regardless, I'd be happy to e-mail it...just a few extra clicks ;)

howdy neighbor! We are just up the road from you in London.

Would you mind e-mailing me a copy of that as well? We were thinking of tacking on a few days at Vero to the end of a future vacation, and it would be nice to see some of the activities they might have while we are there.

my e-mail is mpatrickmd@aol.com

Thanks!!!

Mike,

Hello from the heartland ;)

It's on it's way. If whatever viewer you use is like mine, you may have to "zoom" your view to read it...mine defaults at something like 50%...needs to be at 100%.

Enjoy your trip!!

Jose.

A few threads down under Playful Pastimes, there is someone else requesting you send this to them.. I'm computor illerate or I would do it. Thanks again! :p

Me too! Can I have a copy also? We are going "home" for the first time on July 13th. We will be coming from the Boardwalk. I have a 4 year old and want to do some activities. I would REALLY appreciate it!

You're welcome!

Actually I sent it to Chris this morning...I was "tipped off" as I'm subscribed to the thread. Hope everything was readable for you. Like I mentioned before, you may have to "zoom in" to read it, depending on whatever viewer you're using.

35 Days 18 Hrs 41 Mins 51 Secs until Vero ;)

Snow Witch,

I'm not sure what days you're traveling but if you call Vero on Thursday afternoon they can fax you a copy of the upcoming weeks' activity sheet. I've done this every trip we've made to Vero and it makes it nice as you can plan your week ahead of time. We just got back from VB on Tuesday...had another fabulous time.

Enjoy your stay!

Thanks Renee but the problem I would run into is we will be at the HRH the week prior to our arrival at Vero. But Thanks for the suggestion!!!!
