Anyone back from BWI

Hi, has anyone just gotten back from BWI in the last few weeks? Im going before the end of the yr & was wondering about construction, decorations and how everything is running there this yr. Thanks

We were there Thanksgiving week. Construction at BWI is done but the villa's are getting the same spruce up now. This includes the area around the big pool and the pool restrooms are closed (you have to go to the tunnel next to the workout room). The decorations are beautiful (as they are throughout WDW).

The only thing I noticed was that the pool did not seem to be as warm as the other WDW pools when we've stayed during coolweather before. At the poly, we were able to swim with temps in the high 40's and misting rain last Feb. At the boardwalk, anything less than the high 60's was too cold. Of course, this may be normal for the boardwalk as we've never tried the pool in cool weather before.

We were in room 4308, we could see the fireworks laying down in bed, that was pretty cool. We loved the resort, the Xmas decorations are beautiful. The bus service was not the best, having to share with Y/B, Swan/Dolphin, we were always the last stop to drop off, but it was our only complaint. The bakery has the most wonderful items, they also have fairly inexpensive breakfast sandwiches. Have a great time.
