anybody tell me how crowded parks are this week?

We are going to stay on-site next year this week (dec. 2-9) but am starting to get worried that it may be more crowded than I had hoped. How are the park crowds??

They are more crowded than they usually are the first week of December! I didn't go into the parks, but Downtown Disney was mobbed, even early in the day yesterday! You couldn't move! I spoke with someone who went to MK on Sat and Epcot on Sunday and she said it was really busy as well!

I was at MK today until around noonish. It wasn't that bad really, it was worse during T-giving week. Go early, plot your course and take time to see the magic and you should be fine.

Crowds are much heavier than normal (not just this time of year but have been all year).

Even during the week you can expect 30-45 minute lines at Space Mountain (if not more).

I would highly suggest hitting the headliners early or late. If you hit things 1 hour before closing you'll get on with no lines at all.

oddly enough restaraunts have been packed and ADR's are hard to come by without future planning.
