Anybody set up monthly dues through accounting recently?

I recently called in and paid 2 months on a credit card and then just faxed over a check to do the monthly auto-withdrawal. They told me to do this a few weeks ago when I made the phone payment. My question is, how long does it take for them to set it up, and is there a way to know if it's set up through the site or do I have to call back and wait 20 minutes to get an accounting person on the phone?
 
I set this up a couple months ago. Talked them once and sent in my voided check. Never heard a response but the dues come out monthly now.

So I guess the moral of the story is to be patient.
 
I also set it up for this year and it didn't take long at all. But they don't send you any notice - I actually called MS a few days before my payment was due and confirmed the auto payment was all set up.

(By the way, waiting 20 minutes would be abnormal in my experience - I usually get through to MS including Accounting in minutes, if not less than a minute.)
 
I did it for an add-on contract. My original contracts were already set up for monthly payment of dues. Don't know why they didn't do it with my add-on other than I didn't specifically request it. Anyways, since they already had my account information member accounting set it up in a day or two. What is weird is that when I log onto the member website it still shows the add-on contract as a lump payment although they are taking a monthly deduction for it.
