They say first or last name. My sister's middle name is Virginia--wonder if they'd give her one?

Someone on the other board I saw this on said probably not - it is a pretty common middle name....this way they wont give too many out (who ever heard of Virginia as a last name )

I don't see why they wouldn't give it to a 2 year old. You'd need to bring her birth certificate to prove her name. I don't see an age restriction.
