Anybody else here LOVE Cosmic Ray's

I was just wondering what everybody else thinks. My family and I always enjoy it there. My wife likes the selection, my duaghter likes the food and the entertainment and I think the burgers are great for a fast food establishment. We even enjoy the corny humor.

So what do you all think?

My DH & I do also! He really likes their Thanksgiving meal that they serve on Thanksgiving day

I think they do a good job of offering lots of options - no, it's not gourmet food, but gosh, for a themepark it's pretty good! The only things I don't like is that sometimes it is PACKED and it's hard to find a seat, and the first time you go in it's a little confusing to figure out that each station offers different food so you need to look all the way around before choosing....

I like it! I must admit, some of my favorite places at WDW are counter service joints. Cosmic Ray's is a great place to eat, cool off and just people watch. One of the best in the World.

The food is good and the entertainment is great.

My favorite line is when Sunny Eclipse starts playing the song from "Its a Small world". He then stops and says that the song is used as a torture where he comes from.

We love the food! We get the caeser salad and a burger and all the toppings! The chicken is delish too! Great food and a ton of it at a reasonable cost, whats not to love?

I had a bad experience at Cosmic Rays and can't bring myself to go back. We went there right before MNSSHP in Oct. The place was dirty, the tables were small and the food was nasty. I got the turkey wrap and it makes me sick to this day thinking about it. I seriously thought I would end up with food poisoning. The food my DH and kids got wasn't good either. I don't know if it was just a bad time of night to go or what but I can't bring myself to go back there again.

I should probably give it another try because lots of people seem to like it.

We love it except if it's crowded, we don't even bother to try. People can get really nasty over a table and I hate it when we're only about 1/2 done and someone comes hovering around for a table and decides to guard ours.

Went there a couple of years ago and the food was pretty good for CS. I remember it being very crowded which is why I probably don't remember entertainment.... What kind of entertainment do you all enjoy at Cosmic Ray's?????

We, too, enjoy Cosmic Ray's. We were disappointed the year we went and it was being refurbished. This past trip it was REALLY hot and this was a great place to rest and cool off. I have never been there when it is crowded so can't comment on that. However, I was very upset that the Chicken Ceaser wasn't offered a few weeks ago. I was actually looking forward to it!

Nope...in fact Cosmic Ray's is my least favorite counter service location in the Magic Kingdom. I pretty much go there only when I'm outvoted.

DH and I are vegetarians and we like to get a veggie burger there and dress it up with stuff from the toppings bar. The first time we went there we didn't even realize there was entertainment. On our second visit I happened to go into Sonny Eclipse's lounge area to find a table and what a surprise! We really enjoyed listening to Sonny. Catching Sonny's act will be a "must do" from now on.

One of the more relaxing, enjoyable meal we had our entire trip last time. We went in around 2 p.m. during September, and it was almost empty. We enjoyed the food and the entertainment!

Sorry, I did not like it. The only reason being that my dd wanted nuggets and I wanted a burger. Since it was just the two of us, I had to get her nuggets, balance the tray and hold her hand (she was 4 at the time), stand in yet another long line for my burger and then balance all of that while trying to get ketchup, etc. By the time we got our food and went outside to sit down, her food was stone cold. Just took too long. Much better if you have 2 adults and can stand in different lines.

I would give it another try if I could order us both something at the same station I suppose.

We haven't been in years ... going to try it again in August! There are six of us so I assume everyone will find something they like!!

Our family loves Cosmic Rays. Good burgers. Love the toppings bar.

I love Cosmic Ray's!!! The food is descent and I love going outside to the patio and just sitting there staring at the castle! DH & I went there twice this past December and it's our first stop during arrival day. One key thing to better your service: both sides of the register takes customers. The first time we were there the lines were really long until we noticed you can use both sides! Walked right up and went through in the matter of seconds while everybody else stood in one long line. This was the best tip we learned during our trip....always pay attention and don't follow the crowd

DH and I love Cosmic Rays, too! It's great for a quick lunch for the two of us because there is so much to choose from. DH goes one way, and I usually go the other (he's more of a burger guy- I don't really like red meat)- and we meet up at a table to watch Cosmic Ray do his "show".

We love Cosmic Ray's! Whenever we were in the MK, that was the only place my DS & DD wanted to eat!! The burgers were filling enough that my DH & I ended up sharing one. We loved the entertainment too!!
