Anybody else having DIS S...L...O...W issues?

Anybody else getting numerous time out errors, and difficulty getting OUT of the DIS to go to other sites?

Been having trouble with both Chrome and IE -- can't get in sometimes, can't get OUT sometimes. Seems to be constantly loading something (ads?). Often the only way to get out is to X-out of the browser.

No problems with any other site with either browser.

DIS is currently in the middle of an upgrade scheduled to be completed tomorrow, Saturday night.

DVC on the other hand won't let me login.

Sammie...what browser do you use? I use google chrome...and have been having slowness issues on the dis for a few months.

There is a banner at the top of the disboards that advertises the fact they are doing part two of a server migation tonight....part one was Wednesday. I am having issues too, but am thinking on Sunday morning things will be better.

I've been using Chrome almost exclusively to access the DIS and have not had any issues with slow response. I'm on the boards off and on most days of the week from very early morning to about 9 or 10 pm CDT.

Hope those of you having trouble have better luck after the move to the new servers tonight.

I use Google Chrome, I have ATT Uverse; very fast service in my area. I clean my computer daily of the history, internet files and run mal-ware once a week.

I play no games nor have any on my computer. I do all my access to DIS and DVC from my PC not my tablet or phone.

Have never hear of ATT Uverse, we are limited to our selections where I live. Thanks for the info!
