Anybody else had problems with TourGuideMIKE?

Bought TGM subscription last week and have been unable to log in at all since buying. Whatever I try and go on it just directs me back to a page that says it 'does not exist'. I can't even get on the Contact Us page to send them a mesage that I have a problem!
I wondered if anybody else had any similar problems, or any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have to say that I had the exact same problem when I subscribed over a year ago now. After several attempts and a good couple of weeks of emailing and getting nowhere, I gave up and cancelled my subscription.

Just out of interest, are you on AOL? I have found that a lot of interactive sites don't work well with AOL and I usually use Internet Explorer to access them which often solves the problem.
