Cindy,

How exciting! Did you book directly through Disney or through a TA? Colleen

We booked through The Magic for Less Travel, but the documents came directly from DCL.

Thanks Cindy, my sister booked through them too! She is up in Canada, so they will take a few extra days to get up there.

Congratulations Kathy and your docs!

We are still waiting!

Happy Thanksgiving To All!

Yes, the Cook family will be doing this tour as a party of 2. DH and DD (age 13) are staying home. We live in Florida at the beach and have done DW many times but never the cruise. DS is six and looking forward to this tour. I have read wonderful reviews about David and Ivan and have my confirmation from them. We just don't want to do another beach/pool day since we can do that anytime at home. Castaway Cay with be our beach day. Hopefully with good weather! We are doing Captain Marvin's Stingray City Tour in Grand Cayman. That is something we don't have here in the panhandle of Florida. In Key West we are going to the aquarium and pirate muesum!

We look forward to meeting some of you on the cruise!

Donna,

Welcome to the DIS Boards and to this thread!

I think we now have 9 people from our 12/17 cruise on the Chacchoben Tour with Ivan or David.

Enjoy Captain Marvin's Stingray City Tour in Grand Cayman. We did one of the DCL excursions to Stingray City in 2004. It was a lot of fun. Captain Marvin has a good reputation on the DIS Boards.

Happy Thanksgiving!
The turkey is in the oven and everyone is occupied. . .
We (DH, DDs 9 & 4) are looking forward to this, our 1st Disney Cruise. We will spending a few days at WDW before sailing and our TA put our documents in the mail for tomorrow. We have a peanut/nut allergic child and have read that Disney is very allergy aware.
I posted earlier regarding noise on deck 2, and was reassured not to worry- thanks.
We are hoping for good weather during the trip! We also want everyone to get colds now so they are healthy during vacation!
I sensed from DDs teacher that missing 4 days of school before the holiday break was not a good thing to do. :rolleyes1 But oh well!

Hi everybody, I cant wait for the cruise. I am 11 and have a bro that is 13. I hope to see some of you there.

If there is any kids that are going on the cruise, please check the tread I made. It is called Kids on the cruise. my old name was cruiseman but now it is cruisingboy.
so please check it out.

No docs yet for us. We're flying to Orlando three weeks from tomorrow, to be there a day before sailing.

Is anyone else on the 12/17 Disney Magic going on the Chacchoben Tour by Ivan and David besides the mcorbo family of three and my family of four?

My family (minus my sister) of 6 will be going on the tour.

Momma2girls,
Your right that disney will be great for your child with nut allergies, but be sure to send in the medical form ahead of time to DCL so they know ahead of time. You can print it off on line and have Dr. fill it out and fax it to them or mail it. No worries then. Hope you will come to the meet on the first day to get aquainted with all of us.

The Disney Magic (83,000 GRT) won't be the only ship at Puerto Costa Maya on December 2. The huge Carnival Glory (110,000 GRT) and immense Royal Caribbean Explorer Of The Seas (138,000 GRT) are scheduled to be there too.

There will be a lot of people at Costa Maya that day!

I just add the Chacchoben Ruins tour to the list of events.
