My crew leader from the last phase is going to be mine again for this next one. She's already told me that we'll be training the last week of April and starting right after that. It didn't seem to be too hard--she literally was required to read word for word from the training manual while we followed along. The worst seemed to be the mounds and mounds of paperwork that was required, and she had to keep track of it all! Tigerfan, the hard part is that you have to be available for those 3-5 days of 8 hr training, no exceptions. You do get paid for it, plus mileage to training, and paid for your drive time, so that's nice.
I've enjoyed it so far!
