So the reply via email i got was below in quotes, a non answer. I guess they source out all the IT /database work. Hopefully they resolve this seemingly easy fix. Personally don't understand how this would be an issue after all these years of
DVC.

The challenge is that you are seeing false availability, as in the accommodation is not really available although you see it on the availability screen. We again apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your continued patience as we hope to have this resolved soon.
